Deb Dagit

Deb Dagit is the current Advisor at The Able Channel. Deb has also served as the Co-Chair Board of Directors at Gay Lesbian Straight Education Network (GLSEN) from June 2003 to June 2010. Prior to that, they were the Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer at Merck from June 2001 to December 2012. Deb was also the Director of OD, Learning, Employee communications and Diversity at Silicon Graphics, Inc. (SGI) from January 1993 to December 2001.

Deb Dagit earned a B.S. in Clinical Psychology and Anthropology from Oregon State University. Deb then pursued post-graduate studies in Industrial and Clinical Psychology at San Jose State University.
