Gale Mamatova

Managing Director, Member Insights Operations at The Health Management Academy

Gale Mamatova has extensive work experience starting in 2007 with Members Only Software as a Project Manager. Gale then worked as a Grants Database Manager at the Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids from 2010 to 2011. Gale went on to work as an Education Project Manager at The Optical Society (OSA) from 2011 to 2015. From 2015 to 2020, they held the position of Director of the Council on Resident Education in Obstetrics and Gynecology (CREOG) at the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG). In 2020, Gale joined Fíonta and held various roles including Senior Project Manager, Manager of the Project Management Office, and Director of the Project Management Office. Currently, they are the Senior Director of the Health Equity Alliance at The Health Management Academy.

Gale Mamatova's education history begins with obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government and International Relations from George Mason University between 2000 and 2005. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General at American University from 2018 to 2020. In 2017, Gale also obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute. Most recently, in 2021, they completed the Change Management Professional Certification at Acuity Institute.
