Vivian Nguyen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Vivian currently works as a Content Marketing Specialist at The Health Management Academy, where they play a crucial role in empowering healthcare executives and driving health forward. Before their current role, Vivian worked as a Content Marketing Associate at Shared Assessments, a global membership organization focused on third-party risk assurance. Unfortunately, their position was eliminated as part of a company-wide layoff. Prior to that, Vivian served as a Marketing Coordinator at Suttles Plumbing, a certified woman-owned business specializing in plumbing and mechanical systems. Vivian also gained valuable experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager and Customer Service Representative at ISU Global Business Insurance Agency, where they focused on providing comprehensive coverage to small and medium-sized business owners. Vivian's early career included a role as a Receptionist at Pacific Gardens Inn, where they excelled in providing exceptional customer service to guests.

Vivian Nguyen has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Marketing from California State University, Northridge. Prior to their bachelor's degree, they attended Los Angeles Pierce College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Journalism & Public Relations. Before that, they attended Monterey Peninsula College and earned an AA degree in Political Science and Government.

In addition to their formal education, Vivian has also obtained various certifications. Vivian completed Email Marketing and Social Media Marketing certifications from HubSpot Academy in August 2022. Furthermore, they obtained the Google Analytics 4 (GA4) Certification from Google in September 2022. Lastly, in December 2017, Vivian obtained the Property and Casualty Broker-Agent certification from the California Department of Insurance.
