Shannon R. Keys M.ed.

Shannon R. Keys M.Ed. has extensive experience in education and program management, currently serving as the Director of Regional High School Programs at The Academy Group, Inc. since August 2018. In this role, Shannon supervises a team of advisors, oversees budgeting, and directs various high school programs, including college readiness and access initiatives. Previous positions include Lead Advisor, where responsibilities encompassed individual advising and college tour planning, and Learning Designer, focusing on project-based enrichment. Prior to The Academy Group, Shannon taught at the University of Chicago Charter School and held teaching roles at LEARN Charter School Network and Central School Glencoe. Shannon holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Barat College of DePaul University and a Master's degree in Education with a focus on Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix.
