The Acceleration Foundry leverages decades of experience in technology innovation, business growth, and market access to support ambitious clients achieve their growth goals. Our services cover three main areas:

R&D Programme Management

Innovation programmes contain high degrees of uncertainty and, in particular, of “unknown unknowns”. Effective management of R&D requires experience and understanding of the fundamental nature of, and pathways in, innovation.

The Acceleration Foundry has the track record of delivering successful R&D programmes from the smallest to national-scale programmes.
Innovation Strategic Advisory

Understanding the risks and rewards, building business cases, and identifying the talent are essential precursors to innovation. To maximise chances of success this must account for the state of the art and future trends.

We have the networks you need across industry, government, and research sectors to access the most valuable skills and understand the risk / reward landscape.
Governance and Structure

Good governance includes minimising risk and financial exposure inherent in high-risk innovation. This is a special space in which industry, academia, and government all have value to offer. Beyond the operational, the right governance and structures are needed.

With experience spanning NZ, the UK, Europe, and North America, we have delivered an extensive array of models.
