Andy Larkin

Andy Larkin has accumulated extensive experience in sales and recruitment, currently serving as the Head of Sales for Access EarlyPay at The Access Group since June 2012. In this role, Andy is instrumental in driving innovation in employee salary disbursement, promoting the On Demand Pay model. Prior to this position, Andy was a Senior SaaS Software Sales Consultant, providing solutions to the UK recruitment agency sector. Andy's career in recruitment began with roles at Capita Resourcing and FTS Recruitment Ltd, where responsibilities evolved from Recruitment Consultant to Senior Recruitment Consultant. Educational background includes attendance at Cowes High School from 1996 to 1998.
