Anne Thornton

Anne Thornton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and project management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Project Management at The Access Group since July 2023, Anne previously held the role of Customer Success and Operations Director for the People division and earlier for the Not For Profit, Health and Social Care, and Education divisions. Prior to joining The Access Group, Anne was with BAE Systems Applied Intelligence from November 2005 to July 2019, where roles included Applied Intelligence Customer Success Director and Delivery Director, significantly impacting customer satisfaction and revenue balance. Anne's career began at Softwright as a graduate programmer, advancing to project management positions at Rubus and Aon, thereby solidifying a strong foundation in delivering key projects for major clients. Anne holds a BSC in Computing Studies from Aston University.
