Caroline Fanning

Caroline Fanning serves as the Chief Employee Success Officer at The Access Group since November 2023. Previously, Caroline held multiple senior HR roles at Avanade from May 2016 to October 2023, including Chief People Officer and Executive Global Business HR, where leadership encompassed teams across North America, Europe, and Growth Markets. Prior to Avanade, Caroline was Vice President of Human Resources Europe at OpenText and held executive roles at CSC, focusing on HR Operations and Strategy. Earlier experience includes serving as Corporate Human Resources Manager at Powergen and European HR Manager at 3Com Ltd. Caroline obtained a BSc. Hons in Managerial & Admin Studies from Aston University between 1987 and 1991.
