Ciprian Cotet

Ciprian Cotet is a seasoned professional in customer success management, currently serving as CSM Team Manager and Retentions Team Lead at The Access Group since August 2023, following a role as Senior Customer Success Manager. Prior to this, Ciprian was the Head of Customer Success at Unbabel from January 2022 to February 2023. A significant portion of experience was gained at Lingo24, where Ciprian held various positions including Head of Customer Success, Head of Internal Sales, Internal Sales Account Manager, and Account Manager from April 2007 to January 2022. Ciprian began the career as a Sales Representative at Inform Media SRL in early 2006. Educational background includes a degree from Universitatea „Politehnica” din Timișoara (2003-2007) and a High School Diploma in Chemistry & Biology from Liceul Teoretic Traian, Deva (1999-2003).
