Eli Cushner currently serves as the Head of CS Operations & Programs for Hospitality Americas at The Access Group since November 2024. Prior to this role, Eli held various positions at Paytronix from June 2011 to November 2024, including Director and Senior Manager in Knowledge Management & Learning, as well as roles in Customer Success. Additionally, Eli has been an Adjunct Professor at Tufts University Gordon Institute since January 2018, teaching courses on Management of Innovation and Engineering for the Customer, and also serves as the Academic Lead for the Engineering Management Minor. Eli earned a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Tufts University Gordon Institute between 2013 and 2016, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Psychology, with double minors in Entrepreneurship and Engineering Management, from Tufts University from 2007 to 2011. Early education was completed at Moses Brown High School from 2003 to 2007.
