Gemma Skelly

Gemma Skelly has extensive experience in program and project management, currently serving as Consultant Manager and Head of Partner Programs at The Access Group since July 2016. Prior to this, Gemma held various roles including Program Manager for Partner Services at Rakuten Kobo Inc. and several management positions at Meteor Mobile Communications, including RAN Planning and Investment Manager. Gemma began a career in telecommunications as a Senior RF Engineer at Telefónica Ireland and furthered expertise as a Senior RF Engineer & Tech Lead through contracting roles with Three UK and Ericsson US. Education includes a degree from Technological University Dublin and a Diploma of Education in Business/Managerial Economics from Dublin Business School.
