Helen McGuire

Helen McGuire is an accomplished professional with over ten years of experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy and communications. Currently serving as a DEI Strategy and Spokesperson at The Access Group, Helen also provides coaching and advisory services to various organizations, including Jobs for Women + Neurodiverse, triiyo, Growth Pod, and Moxy, focusing on supporting female founders in navigating the challenges of building businesses. As the co-founder and former CEO of Diversely.io, which was acquired by The Access Group, Helen developed innovative tech solutions for D&I. With previous roles including Head of Digital Content at BBDO Worldwide and Head of Content for Pulse Radio, Helen has demonstrated expertise in content strategy and community building. Helen holds a BA in Geography and French from the University of Leeds.
