Leanne Winning

Leanne Winning serves as the Global Head of Campus to Career at The Access Group since April 2021, previously holding the position of Employee Success Learning Partner within the same organization. Prior experience includes a variety of roles at British Gas Business, such as Commercial Delivery Manager and Learning and Development Consultant, and a brief tenure in pearl cultivating at Paspaley. Leanne began a career in education as a Dance Teacher at Leicester College. Leanne's educational background includes a Level 5 HR Management degree and a CIPD qualification in Learning and Development from DPG, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from De Montfort University. Currently, Leanne is engaged in facilitator training with Core Strengths.
