Prior to this role, Marie spent a decade at RBS, where positions included Service Recovery Team Manager (Complaints) and Complaints Support Team Manager. Educationally, Marie holds a Master of Arts in Culture and Colonialism and a Bachelor of Arts in History, Sociology, and Politics, both from the University of Galway.
