Monica Arora

Monica Arora currently serves as Vice President of Commercial Finance at The Access Group, a role held since October 2024. Prior to this position, Arora was EVP of Commercial Finance at Sage from June 2016 to October 2024, where responsibilities included acting as a trusted business partner. Arora's earlier experience includes serving as Finance Director for Projects in the Software Business at Schneider Electric from January 2014 to March 2016, and roles focused on financial control and partnership. From May 2011 to January 2014, Arora held the position of Director of Financial Control at Invensys. Arora earned a BSc Hons in Accounting from Cardiff University and is a qualified ACA through ICAEW.
