Tom Knibb has a robust background in hospitality and sales, currently serving as a Product Sales Specialist - EPOS and formerly as Sales Manager - Hospitality at The Access Group since December 2019. Prior experience includes managing major accounts for Oracle's Food & Beverage Global Business Unit and serving as Corporate Account Manager at Epos Now, enhancing business relationships with notable clients such as Starbucks and the University of London. With previous roles as Restaurant Manager at Barnham Broom and various positions at Silent Partners Catering, Coworth Park, and Beaver Creek Lodge, Tom has developed a comprehensive understanding of restaurant operations, client management, and product sales. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Surrey.
