Tony Richmond

Tony Richmond is an experienced CX Project Manager currently employed at The Access Group since October 2022. Previously, Richmond spent over a decade at Southern Water, progressing through various roles including Customer Experience Programme Manager and Implementation Lead. Key accomplishments include the development of Customer Journey Maps for Operational Wastewater, the implementation of initiatives that enhanced customer satisfaction and complaint resolution processes, and the successful leadership of projects that resulted in both significant cost savings and improved overall customer service scores. Prior work experience includes management positions at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Travelex, complemented by a foundational education with all passes at Durrington High School.
