George Olesen

George Olesen has a diverse work experience in various companies. George co-founded and served as the CEO of The Ambassador Platform, a technology company that helps education providers connect with prospective students. At The Ambassador Platform, they guided the company in supporting thousands of students and partnering with over 100 education providers worldwide. Prior to that, they worked at Amazon Web Services as an Account Representative in the Financial Services sector. In this role, they collaborated with decision makers to educate and enable them to leverage cloud services for business value. Additionally, they worked with consultants to support customers on their digital transformation journey. Before joining Amazon, George completed an internship at Weir Minerals, where they created a three-dimensional drawing of the company's factory using CAD software. George impressed management with their added functionality and presentation skills.

George Olesen completed their bachelor's degree in General Engineering from Durham University from 2011 to 2014.
