Achievement Network (ANet)
Katie Graves Maycock has extensive experience in the education sector. Katie began their career at Namaste Charter School in 2003, where they served as the Co-founder and Director of Operations. In 2005, they moved on to KIPP: Village Academy, where they held the position of Principal until 2006. Katie then joined Lighthouse Academies as the Director of Assessment from 2006 to 2009. Following this, they worked independently as an Education Consultant from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, they joined The Achievement Network as the Senior Managing Director.
Katie Graves Maycock completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology and Anthropology from Carleton College, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Katie then pursued further education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, where they obtained a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Educational Leadership. The duration of their studies at Harvard is not specified.

Third-party evaluations confirm that when schools have the right basic conditions in place and partner with ANet, they achieve 6-8 months of additional learning over a two-year period compared to schools not partnering with ANet.
