Software Engineer at Achievement Network (ANet)

Xander Flood is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in education and software development. Currently employed at Achievement Network since October 2020, Xander previously served as a software developer at Emcien Corporation from October 2016 to February 2018. As a teaching assistant and graduate student instructor at the Georgia Institute of Technology from September 2014 to May 2016, Xander taught calculus and linear algebra, managed large lecture courses, and collaborated with fellow instructors to optimize course delivery. Prior research experience includes contributing to algebraic geometry projects at the Fields Institute for Research in Mathematical Science and implementing machine learning techniques at the University of Michigan under the guidance of Professor Honglak Lee. Xander holds a Master of Science in Mathematics from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Computer Science from the University of Michigan.
