Antal Kok is a Senior Support Engineer at ACRELEC since September 2020, providing technical support for complex customer challenges and managing second-line tickets. Previously, Antal worked as a Technical Support Engineer at a servicedesk, handling customer incidents remotely and managing them in TOPdesk. Prior experience includes culinary roles as a self-employed cook and a student cook at Bistro Vischmarkt 49, as well as operating a production line at Gecombineerde Pluimvee Slachterijen (G.P.S.) B.V. Antal has strong foundational training in gastronomy, holding multiple MBO degrees in cooking and a recent MBO Level 4 degree in ICT management from Deltion College, completed in 2022.
