Christina Pennington

Christina Pennington has a diverse background in quality assurance, escrow services, and wellness, currently serving as a Quality Coordinator at The Action Benefits Company since August 2022. Previously, Christina worked at Amrock from January 2013 to May 2022, holding roles as a Quality Assurance Specialist and Escrow Specialist, where responsibilities included conducting audits and analyzing title documentation. Other experiences include an internship at Rinehart Institute, a Front Desk Coordinator position at Western Michigan University's Office of Development and Alumni Relations, and a Caller Trainer/Fundraiser role at the same university. Christina began their career as a Student Athletic Trainer at Lakeland High School. Christina earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Exercise Physiology from Western Michigan University in 2012, following a high school diploma from Lakeland High School in 2007.
