Jaime Dias Delgado, LCSW, is a distinguished professional with extensive experience in social work, education, and advocacy. As the Founder and CEO of both Sodade Revival, LLC, and Waldorf on Fire, Jaime leads initiatives focused on mental health, empowerment, and addressing systemic oppression within Waldorf communities. Jaime currently serves as a social worker and DEI representative at The Actors Fund and has held various impactful roles at Urban Prairie Waldorf School and Housatonic Valley Waldorf School, emphasizing diversity, equity, and student support. With a background in high-risk foster care coordination and LGBTQ advocacy, Jaime is also an accomplished educator, having earned a Master of Social Work from Fordham Graduate School of Social Service and a Waldorf Teacher Certification from Sunbridge College.
