Traci DiGesu, LMSW has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Traci began their career at DBK Events, Inc as a Partner, where they co-founded an events production company that focused on working with not-for-profit organizations. Traci was responsible for all aspects of event production, fundraising strategies, and on-site management.

Traci then moved on to Auritt Communications Group, where they served as a Project Manager and Freelance Consultant. Here, they produced various live television press events, satellite media tours, and video news releases for clients such as Ketchum, Porter Novelli, and HarperCollins. Traci also implemented publicity campaigns and wrote press releases and audio news releases.

Following their time at Auritt Communications Group, Traci joined The Juilliard School as a Costume Shop Supervisor. In this role, they oversaw the construction and fabrication of costumes for numerous full-scale productions in the areas of Dance, Opera, and Drama. Additionally, they managed a team of costume technicians and interns and handled a significant budget.

Traci then transitioned to Hartley House, where they served as the Director of External Affairs and Community Development. In this role, they worked closely with the Executive Director and Program Directors, performing social work duties and managing development and community relations.

Currently, Traci is employed at The Actors Fund. Traci initially held the position of Seniors Program Volunteer and Activities Coordinator, building and managing programming for performing arts professionals aged 65 and older. Later, they became the Seniors Program Activities and Volunteer Manager at The Waldman Living Room, providing leadership and support to the organization's activities. Currently, they serve as the Director of Housing Services and Activity Programs, taking charge of program development and partnership management at affordable housing sites in NYC.

Traci DiGesu, LMSW obtained a Master's Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University - Newark, which they pursued from 2012 to 2014.
