Alexandra Stone is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in shaping and executing talent strategies across various industries. At The Adaptavist Group, Alexandra holds dual roles as Head of Talent, Culture and Engagement and Head of Talent Acquisition, overseeing comprehensive talent initiatives from September 2022 to May 2025. Previously, Alexandra served as Head of Talent Acquisition at The Ozone Project for a brief period before its restructuring. As Global Talent Acquisition Manager at QS Quacquarelli Symonds, Alexandra established the company's inaugural global talent strategy, while at YouGov, leadership was provided in transforming the recruitment approach into a proactive model.
