Brian McGettigan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commercial management and corporate finance. As the Commercial Manager at The Address Collective since June 2023, Brian brings a wealth of knowledge from previous roles at KPMG Ireland, where responsibilities included project management for clients ranging from Irish SMEs to global NYSE listed companies, and the development of financial models for an Irish utility provider. Prior experience as Senior Duty Manager at KingsWood Hotel & McGettigans Cookhouse & Bar involved overseeing a substantial team and executing financial analyses aimed at improving operational efficiency. Brian holds a BComm in International Business and Accounting from University College Dublin, complemented by further studies at Copenhagen Business School, and is presently completing studies with Chartered Accountants Ireland.

To this end we are also implementing an Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy that will enable us to set goals and measure activity across the portfolio. Our Hotels are members of the Green Hospitality Programme (GHP) and each has a target to achieve environmental certification by the end of 2020 through a strong focus on Environmental Management System implementation (EMS), Benchmarking, KPI’s and Targeting, Resource Efficiency – Energy/Carbon, Water and Waste Minimisation.
