Dean Kolligian

Dean Kolligian currently serves as Vice President, Security Officer, and Facilities Manager at Adirondack Trust Company since December 2014, following roles as Assistant Vice President of Security & Facilities Manager and Assistant Vice President of Facilities. In addition, Dean has been Vice President and Owner of McGregor Village Development Corp. since August 2003, overseeing the development and daily operations of a $20M commercial office complex, a 212-unit apartment complex, and a 352-lot single-family residential subdivision, along with real estate development and tenant lease negotiations. From September 2003 to December 2014, Dean was General Manager at McGregor Links Country Club in Saratoga Springs, New York. Dean started in athletics as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Johns Hopkins University from August 2000 to June 2003. Dean holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Sports Medicine from Penn State University and a Master of Science in Health Care Management and Business Administration from Towson University.
