From September 2003 to December 2014, Dean was General Manager at McGregor Links Country Club in Saratoga Springs, New York. Dean started in athletics as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at Johns Hopkins University from August 2000 to June 2003. Dean holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Sports Medicine from Penn State University and a Master of Science in Health Care Management and Business Administration from Towson University.
