Robert Loughran is an accomplished technology and project management professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Adirondack Trust Company since May 2017, Loughran previously held various leadership roles at Fidelity National Information Services from January 1989 to May 2017, including PMO Manager for Community Banking Solutions, where management of a team of 20 Program and Project Managers was central to new customer implementations. Earlier positions at Fidelity included Senior Project Manager, Team Lead and Project Manager, Regional Coordinator, and Senior Systems Specialist, demonstrating a progressive career in project management and systems implementation. Loughran holds an MBA and a BS in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Vermont, along with a Certificate in Computer Programming from The College of Saint Rose.
