Sarah Fischer is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in people and culture management. Currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at The Adolphus since April 2022, Sarah has previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Hotel Crescent Court from June 2016 to March 2022. Earlier in their career, Sarah worked as the Human Resources Manager at Le Meridien Dallas, The Stoneleigh from January 2008 to June 2016. Sarah Fischer holds a degree from the University of North Texas.
