Kate Rutherford has over 15 years of experience in various roles within the staffing and recruitment industry. Kate currently serves as the VP of Talent Technology at Advanced Group, where they drive digital innovation in recruitment operations. Prior to that, they held positions at Loyal Source Government Services, The Garage In, VITUS Search Group, HealthCare Scouts, Inc., StaffRehab, Jackson Therapy Partners, Consultis, Supplemental Health Care, and Robert Half International. Throughout their career, Kate has demonstrated expertise in operations management, marketing, sales, and recruiting. Kate has a track record of successfully meeting goals and building strong partnerships with clients.

Kate Rutherford obtained an Associate's of Arts degree in Psychology from Pasco-Hernando State College between 2000 and 2003. Subsequently, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, completing it between 2003 and 2006.
