Nicole Lupo

Nicole Lupo has over 20 years of work experience in the legal and compliance field. Nicole is currently working as the Senior Director of Legal and Compliance at Advanced Group. Prior to this, they held various roles at Adecco Group, starting as a Contract Administrator in 2000 and being promoted to Lead Analyst in 2004. In 2012, they were promoted to Manager of Contract Compliance and later became the Director of Contract Compliance, overseeing the US contract compliance strategy. Throughout their career, Nicole has developed compliance strategies, managed examinations of contract compliance, and led organizational change management initiatives.

Nicole Lupo graduated from Purchase College, SUNY in 1989 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the OneTrust Incident Management Expert certification in March 2023, the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification in 2022, and the OneTrust Certified Privacy Professional certification in June 2022. Nicole also completed Executive Leadership & Management Training with Adecco, although the specific timeframe is not provided. Additionally, they are set to become a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner in 2024.
