Michael Pelehach

Michael Pelehach serves as the Chief Growth Officer at The Adventure Project, a non-profit organization focused on alleviating global poverty through the empowerment of local entrepreneurs. Michael has previous experience at Forward as part of the operations team, and at Lyft, where Michael held roles including Senior Manager, Business Strategy & Operations, and Market Operations Manager, leading significant growth initiatives. Prior to Lyft, Michael directed customer experience at RompHim, and completed internships at TOMS and ABC News, enhancing operational and marketing strategies. Michael began a career at Target, accumulating extensive experience in merchandise planning and supply chain optimization. Michael holds an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Psychology and Markets and Management Studies from Duke University.
