Cindy has been with ACB for 30 years, serving in various roles throughout her career. In 2017, Cindy took on the role of Sr. Manager, Payment Services Group. Cindy is responsible for the production and operations of the Payment Services Group at the Memphis, TN, office. Cindy leads the planning and execution to ensure client SLA achievement, team leadership, mentoring, and overall client satisfaction. With an extensive understanding of ACB’s business, resolve for planning, problem-solving, and solution-oriented approach, Cindy helps cultivate teams that consistently deliver sound solutions, process improvements, and exceptional service.
