Kaitlyn Snead

Kaitlyn Snead possesses extensive experience in sales strategy and operations, currently serving as Associate Director at Advisory Board since August 2019, with prior roles including Manager, Renewal Director, and Client Management Advisor. Prior to this, Kaitlyn gained valuable experience as a Marketing and Promotions Intern at the University of Virginia, where responsibilities included implementing marketing plans and managing in-game promotions. Kaitlyn also held human resources internships at Elephant Insurance and Elephant Auto Insurance, focusing on sustainability initiatives, HR compliance, and recruitment functions. Kaitlyn's career began with a Summer Guide Internship at the University of Virginia, providing tours and supporting diversity outreach projects.
