The Advocates | Driggs, Bills, and Day PNW

An Advocate is a trusted ally in your recovery, one that protects both your physical and financial well-being. Every member of the team at The Advocates genuinely cares about giving back to the community and contributing positively to peoples’ lives—they wouldn’t be in this business if they didn’t. Ken Bills and Matt Driggs founded The Advocates in 1991 and have been representing injured people against insurance companies and big corporations ever since. When you have been injured through the negligence of others, it is easy to feel overwhelmed. Suddenly you’re in pain and have a list of additional problems to deal with. The list includes property damage issues, lack of transportation, non-stop phone calls from insurance adjusters, complications and frustration at home, loss of the ability to work, financial instability, etc. The consequences of an accident can dramatically change your life. It is daunting and doesn’t feel fair. The Advocates understand and are here to help you get through it. Insurance companies are prepared to work with you when you’ve been injured in an accident, but their agenda is different from yours. While your job is to get physically, emotionally and financially back on your feet, their job is to minimize the amount they pay out on your behalf. Sadly, insurance companies are loyal to their shareholders, not their insureds. Although their customer service and slick TV commercials might suggest that they have your best interest in mind, they are not on your side. The less money they are required pay out on your behalf, the more money they make. The job of an Advocate is to turn the tables on the insurance companies and give you control of your own recovery. The Advocates are experienced when it comes to insurance tactics and know how to make sure their clients are treated fairly.
