Laura Goodman is an experienced public safety and law enforcement professional with a comprehensive background in addressing domestic violence, gender-based violence, and crime victim advocacy. Currently serving as a Steering Committee Member for Saint Paul STRONG and as an International Police Advisor for Education for Critical Thinking, Laura has a long history of involvement with organizations dedicated to human rights and police training. Laura’s previous roles include Police Advisor for The Advocates for Human Rights, Commissioner for the International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators, and Director of Public Safety at St. Catherine University. Laura's past leadership includes serving as Chair and President of the International Association of Women Police, and Laura was a candidate for sheriff. With a Master’s degree in Strategic Management, Ethics, and Leadership from St. Catherine University, Laura's career reflects a commitment to enhancing public safety and victim advocacy.
