Caitlin Donnelly

Caitlin Donnelly is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in technical and IT recruiting, currently serving as the People Acquisition Project Lead at The Aerospace Corporation since 2017. In this role, Caitlin leads recruitment initiatives for national security space programs, having previously held the position of recruiter within the same organization. Prior to The Aerospace Corporation, Caitlin worked as an IT Recruiter with Kelly Services, focusing on Fortune 500 clients, and as a Technical Recruiter at Apex Systems. Caitlin’s career began in sales roles, with early positions including Account Executive at Efinancial and Datasphere Technologies, and Sales Associate at ING DIRECT. Caitlin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations from Washington State University.
