James Meade

James Meade is an accomplished IT Modernization and Software Development Executive with extensive experience in technology leadership. At The Aerospace Corporation since September 2019, James leads efforts in Digital Transformation by implementing cutting-edge computing technologies and cloud services to enhance automation and reduce costs. Previously, as Consolidated Lab Manager at AT&T, James oversaw the transition and consolidation of various labs, while at ManTech, James directed teams in developing and integrating network solutions. Additional experience includes managing global operations at Raytheon, overseeing IT support at General Dynamics Information Technology, and serving in the United States Air Force as a Network Specialist. James holds a Master of Science in Technology Management from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of Phoenix.
