Jill Luquin

Jill Luquin is an experienced leader in learning and development, currently serving as the Principal Director of Learning and Development and Dean for Aerospace University at The Aerospace Corporation since November 2018. In this role, Jill leads a center of excellence focused on workforce alignment with corporate objectives through program creation and training implementation. Previously, Jill held the position of Senior Director of Educational Content for Strategic Learning and Development at JNP Solutions, Inc., partnering with organizations to enhance employee leadership and engagement. Jill's extensive experience includes various academic leadership roles at Robert Morris University, where responsibilities encompassed managing departments, developing innovative learning programs, and driving strategic initiatives. Jill also has a strong background in talent acquisition, having worked with organizations such as Encyclopaedia Britannica and Amherst Human Resource Group. Jill holds an MBA in Management and Human Resources from Robert Morris University and a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University Bloomington.
