Rachel Morford

Rachel Morford is a Principal Director at The Aerospace Corporation, where responsibilities include leading the Executive Planning & Integration Office and providing technical support to the Space Force, focusing on cross-mission integration and enterprise capability deliveries. Rachel has held various positions within the corporation, including Systems Director, managing the AEHF program and overseeing technical and programmatic leadership. Rachel has actively contributed to the Society of Women Engineers, serving in numerous leadership roles, including President and Director of Advocacy, and engaging in outreach to inspire future engineers. Rachel holds a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California, alongside a Certificate in Technical Management from UCLA.
