For over fourteen years Toyin has helped organizations use communications as an innovative tool to reach multiple stakeholder groups, raise their profile globally, build partnerships, and shape public policy. Her professional background includes experience in government (legislative and executive), international development and investment banking. An ardent communications professional, Toyin has also facilitated communications trainings around the world and participated as a communications expert on social justice, US-Africa relations, and diversity, equity and inclusion panels.

She has held positions supporting the U.S. government including Prosper Africa and the Congressional Black Caucus. Toyin also has experience leading diversified corporate marketing & communications teams domestically and internationally.

Toyin holds a Master of Science degree in Integrated Marketing & Communications from West Virginia University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from Temple University. She is also a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority.
