Dan Brisblat

Born and raised in Brisbane, Dan Brisblat is a proud advocate of the region and real estate runs in his blood. His grandfather was the Real Estate Institute of Australia President and called the first home auction in Brisbane. Dan's local knowledge and long-standing relationships in the community are invaluable resources for vendors and buyers alike.

Dan has particular interest and in-depth knowledge of the current trends in the Australian residential marketplace as he has been buying and selling his own properties for the last 20 years. In the Western suburbs of Brisbane and the Gold Coast, he has flipped over 11 properties of his own. He has also helped countless others to buy and sell property long before he was actually an agent. This personal experience in the industry gives Dan the unique ability to empathise with his clients and drives him to provide a stress-free and seamless transactional process.

For 22 years, Dan worked in his family's retail furniture business, learning the art of negotiation and conversion of deals, which easily transfers into the real estate business. Outside of real estate, he has a passion for animals, particularly animal welfare and can be found on the weekends visiting the local RSPCA with his daughter.
