Jason Roach

A licensed real estate agent and auctioneer, Jason embarked on a career in finance with the Macquarie Bank after completing a Bachelor of Commerce in 1995.

This career in investment and commercial banking saw Jason work for some of the industry's top institutions both in Australia and in the UK and he quickly gained a reputation for his strength in sales and an ability to build exceptional client relationships.

Returning to Australia in 2001, Jason was again secured by Macquarie Bank to work with a specialist banking team focused on the real estate industry. Less than 10 years later, he became the National Head of Real Estate Services for the Westpac Banking Corporation, who ultimately rewarded him with the Alfred Davidson Award for being amongst the top one percent of performers across the group.

After more than a decade of working hand in hand with the real estate industry, Jason was inspired to become a licensed real estate agent and auctioneer in 2010, fuelling his already passionate interest in the field and laying the foundations for a new career.

Over the years, Jason has not only built on an appreciation of the importance of investing in deep and enduring relationships but has received numerous industry accolades acknowledging his exceptional achievements. These include being recognised in the Top 1% of global sales for 2016, 2017 and 2019 amongst other prestigious awards.
