Norman Rodriguez

Norman Rodriguez serves as President & CEO of Elevate since April 2019, focusing on enabling untapped communities to enter technology's customer-facing careers through programs like the SDR Bootcamp. In addition to this role, Norman currently participates in several key positions, including Chief Executive Officer at Tier One AI Labs and Strategic Advisor for the National Association of Sales Professionals. Contributions also include a board membership with the Arizona Private School Association, where Norman chairs the Communication committee and supports the Legislative committee. Previous experience includes business development roles at Tax Credit Co. and Pluma, Inc., and a tenure with Google's New Business Partnerships Team, recognized for securing substantial leads.
