Hiba Fadol

Hiba Fadol is an experienced Project Controls Specialist currently working at The AIM Group, where responsibilities include overseeing over 40 infrastructure improvement projects within Health Canada’s Program Management Office, focusing on cost and schedule management, change management, and reporting to senior officials. Previously, Hiba held positions at Vista Projects and WorleyParsons, engaging in project controls, reporting, and system implementations, including Oracle ERP and GBS initiatives. With a foundational role in developing project controls processes and procedures, Hiba has also contributed to educational initiatives within organizations. Hiba’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Queen's University, earned between 1997 and 2001.
