Donna Young

Donna Young is an experienced fundraising professional with a career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles within notable organizations. Currently serving as Director of Fundraising at The Air Ambulance Service since September 2019, Donna also holds the title of Director of Income Generation. Previous positions include Head of Fundraising at Sue Ryder, Community Manager and Regional Fundraiser at Motor Neurone Disease Association, and Regional Fundraiser for Teenage Cancer Trust. Donna's earlier roles involved legacy management and area fundraising at RNLI, as well as fundraising management experience with Macmillan Cancer Support. Donna began the career in marketing with Northamptonshire Fire & Rescue Service and holds an HND in Business & Finance from the University of Northampton.
