Neeti Khanter

Neeti Khanter currently serves as the Lead for Strategic Initiatives at The Akanksha Foundation, beginning in January 2024. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Associate Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting from February 2021 to December 2023, during which Neeti consulted for over 15 clients, spanning various sectors across 13 countries. Neeti was also a member of the Board of Advisors and Director of the Asbah initiative with Enactus SRCC, leading efforts to provide clean drinking water to marginalized communities and successfully implementing multiple water purification projects that significantly improved local livelihoods. Additional experience includes a business analyst internship at Nomura and leadership roles in student organizations during undergraduate studies at Shri Ram College of Commerce, where Neeti earned a B.Com Honours degree.
