Mukesh Kakkar

Mukesh Kakkar is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and production management. Currently serving as Operation Head at The Akshaya Patra Foundation since June 2021, Mukesh has previously held positions at Kohinoor Foods Ltd. and ICS Foods Pvt. Ltd. as Manager Production. With a strong foundation in food technology, Mukesh has been a Senior Executive in R&D at Cafe Coffee Day since January 2010 and served as Plant Manager at Oxy Glow Food & Beverages Private Limited from April 2015 to January 2018, where Mukesh successfully established a juice plant and managed its operations.
