Ridhima Motewar

Ridhima Motewar is a dedicated and accomplished student with extensive leadership and project management experience. Currently serving as Co-Captain of FRC 7419 at FIRST, Ridhima specializes in Fabrication, Assembly, and Marketing and has been a 3x World Championships Qualifier, winning the Engineering Inspiration Award in 2024. As DECA Co-President, Ridhima developed a year-long business curriculum and organized significant educational workshops, while also leading the planning of three successful minicons as DECA VP of Career Development. As Co-Founder of the Lunar Llamas Foundation, Ridhima has played a crucial role in initiatives aimed at aiding the unhoused, including the design of a self-cleaning shower system and significant contributions to food and clothing distribution. In addition, Ridhima is active as an Akshaya Patra Youth Ambassador, California Scholarship Federation President, and has accrued experience as a competitive public debater and martial artist. Participation in the UC Berkeley Management, Entrepreneurship, & Technology program further highlights Ridhima's commitment to academic and professional growth.
