Louie Malaponti is an experienced professional with a strong background in operations and art direction. Currently serving as the Assistant Operations Manager at The ALC Group since October 2019, Louie previously held the position of Art Director at Burd & Fletcher Company from November 2015 to October 2019 and worked as a Graphics Coordinator at the same company from March 2012 to October 2015. Louie's earlier experience includes roles at the Kansas City Art Institute, where responsibilities included faculty assistance and print shop technician duties in 2012, as well as archival management and curating from 2010 to 2011. Louie holds a BFA in Printmaking and Art History from the Kansas City Art Institute and participated in a study abroad program in Paris, France.
